hi,
i am new bie.. hopefully you will help me to find out the advantage either wye or delta connection in transformer. today i just read regarding wye-delta connection in main trafo (step-up) in electricity generating system. and it is stated that wye is connected with higher voltage. whereas delta is connected to the generator. would you tell me, what is the advantage if i use wye in higher voltage, and how if i use wye to be connected with generator? is there any occurred problem? thank you in advance |
