Actually now i dont know much about them and still searching, these softwares do all automation or do they have specific tasks?

I am assuming you are looking for a DCS system to control your plant? Distributed Control system?
I believe the more popular ones are Emerson Ovation, Metso, Allen Bradley, etc.
Look them up and it all comes down to user preference, access to services, replacement parts, upgradability, etc.
