Milton, well written description of each system within a coal-fired power plant. it definately offered a refreshment of coal burners since Ive been mainly working on natual gas and fuel oil boilers.

Great article.
 I am looking for a common coal fired power plant operating characteristics, like min operating level, ramp rates, start up time, and up/down time. Do you know where can I find these kind of information?
