I think our performance group is overwhelmed with work that the mechanical group should be performing.

What does your daily routine consist of?
vibration analysis?
water chemistry?
CEMS-EPA?
oil sampling?

Default Machine Performance
Most of the Performance related matters comes from main steam/gas turbine or balance of plant machines also contribute in performance? what is your observation?
