Default Operator Stats
Can someone share their operator error records from 2004 to the present in their plant? I would like to compare them with the plant I am working in.

Zero operator errors from 2007 to present! All equipment related due to poor PM/CM maintenance schedules.

Megron,
We are a baseload unit and have been very successful this year. No trips but had a few fired shutdowns and runbacks. Operators are fairly versed in operating the units and once they are online, they stay on.
