In the field of Power Plant Engineering we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f)

Tasks:
• Identify market opportunities, seek leads and sell power management solutions to power generators (e.g. operation and maintenance contracts)
• Understand/interpret customer requirements to put together responsive proposals and to negotiate and to close contracts which satisfy corporate strategies, maximize long term risk adjusted sales margins and offer added value to the customer

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (e.g. sales, engineering)
• Longstanding experience in sales management (preferably international company, energy/infrastructure/high value capital sector, power sector most beneficial)
• Excellent German and English (spoken and written)
• General understanding of diesel engine technology and power generation market
• Commercial and technical orientation with the ability to analyze and promote added value features of products/solutions
• Strong entrepreneurial business and well structured working approach
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• High motivation with strong deadline orientation and the ability to focus on strategic priorities in a high pressure and constantly changing business
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel (also on short notice)
