]I'm doing some research on turbines and am trying to figure out some things about the maintenance so anything anybody is willing to share would be great. Basically what are people's views as the best solutions to turbine maintenance?

I'm a graduate student on a team at Emory University and we are doing research on how to add value to the maintenance process of turbines as part of our consulting class. So we are reaching out to turbine operators to find out where they are hurting in maintenance or try to find some innovative or value added way that most power plants aren't doing or that no one is doing to help meet power plants needs.
