We are revisiting our preventative maintenance schedule. We currently tune semi-annually for each Summer and Winter run period. Our climate range from 30 degs F in the winter and about 85 degs F in the summer periods. This PM was put in place prior to my arrival at the plant due to combustion hardware premature cracking. So far the combustion hardware has made it through their entire intended intervals. Do you think this schedule is a bit aggressive? How often do you tune your units?
