Question Need information about boiler start-up

Hello, people,

I'm a student from SPb Polytechnical univercity and now I try to write a small work about boiler start-ups. I'm interested in new and standard methodics of start-up of drum energetic boilers (not combined cycle, currently). Especially, I want to know how it's usually in America controlled themperature state of the drum while startup.

Can anybody tell me where can I download the documentation (normative acts, standard schemes etc.)? Note that I'm just a poor student and can't spend much money on paid downloads.
