Default SGT5-4000F burners thermocouple readings

In one of SGT54000F (V94.3 A) unit it was observed that the 7 out of 24 burners thermocouple readings were reading almost same when GT is under shut down. But when GT is fired it was noted that some of the burner temperatures were deviating from the other burner temperatures. It was suspected that the cause for this deviation is due to hot gas leak at the burners. Can somebody please give your comments and what corrective action can be taken.

Regards,

Regards,
With the GT that is fired, what type of emissions spreads are you seeing? The exhaust TC should swirl to a specific combustion can that is firing cold or hot. The exhaust TC temp deviation should swirl based on load.
What is the temperature of the 24 Tc's at FSNL, and at each 10 MW increments up to base?
if you attach as a spread sheet we might be able to assist with the troubleshooting. thanks
btw.. do you have exhaust leakage that might be sucking in cold air into the hot gas path?
