Hello,

Any tips on how to obtain bearing fault frequencies or bearing geometry to calculate the fault frequencies, as well as gear tooth counts on the accessory drives, etc. from the manufacturer? We operate five Allison 501-KB's and I feel like I'm running into a brick wall over and over again trying to get this info from Rolls Royce and Rolls Wood Group. I CANNOT understand why anyone other than a bu$ine$$ major would think this is sensitive info.
